Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition with all tags attached and packaging intact. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Bedding (opened or used items)
  • Candles & Diffusers (opened or used items)
  • Barware (used items)
  • Any customized or made-to-order products

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:

  2. Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
  3. Package your item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) within:

  • 5-7 business days for credit card payments
  • 24-48 hours for PayPal payments

Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 2-5 business days after the credit is applied for it to post to your account.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please follow the return process above and indicate that you would like an exchange rather than a refund.

For exchanges to a different product, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items
